How to Use

  • Replace up to 1/3 of the regular wheat flour with Whole Toasted Soy Flour. For an added texture, use the Whole Gritty Soy Flour that adds some pieces to the mix.
  • Add Toasted Soy pieces and/or Toasted Soy Halves for consumers to actually see the soy in the soy enhanced muffins. Just mix in with your batter. You must monitor and possibly adjust the moisture levels of your cookie batter as the soy products (except WOWBUTTER) can absorb moisture. Since each muffin recipe is different, experimentation will be required.
  • The Toasted Soy Pieces can be used as a topping on the muffins as well
