Program Info Package For School Principal
As part of the “Funding For School Kids” program, the school principal must read and agree to the requirements outlined to be a part of the program. We are not asking for a substantial commitment from schools other than minimum requirements necessary to ensure your school will receive funds. The Funding for School Kids program is absolutely FREE to join.
If you are not a school principal and would like to send your school principal the information, please download and save the Principal's introduction letter and forward it to your school principal. School Participation Requirements
The requirements to participate are straightforward and simple:
- The school must be located within Canada or the USA.
- The principal must send home a program Kickoff Letter supplied by Hilton Soy Foods along with an accompanying cover letter from the school to inform parents about the program every new school year.
- A Reminder Letter to the parents must be sent home at least twice per school year, preferably once in November and once in March.
- Additional letters to parents as a reminder about the program can be done at the school's discretion. The program will be more effective if parents are contacted more frequently.
- Only school principals have the authority to sign their school up for this program.
- A program administrator must be designated during school signup should we need to send program information, updates or reminders by email to your school.
